Jaxadora Design offers a variety of website and print design services customized to fit your personal and professional needs. We do not use templates and pride ourselves on building your website from scratch. Our goal is to work with you from concept to final product to create the website you want. Our clients are valuable to us and we will not bind you to any expensive maintenance contracts or agreements, instead we will provide you with options and suggestions. For new clients, Jaxadora Design offers six months of text updates at no additional cost.

We offer several basic web design packages below, however, we will also create custom packages for those clients who may have specific design requirements. Once you decide on which package you would like, we will provide you with a survey to define the scope of design. This will give us a definitive idea of what you want and helps us set up the look of your web site before we start the initial build.

DESIGN PROCESS

1 :: Consultation and cost estimate

We will discuss the look, feel, and direction you would like to go to determine the type of website you need and how much artwork design will be required. After we have a solid idea we may create a basic site map if it is necessary. At this time we will provide you with hosting options and direct you to where you need to register your domain name. Based on your requirements we will provide you with a timeframe in which your final website will be launched and provide a cost estimate. In a few days after the initial consultation, a contract will be emailed or mailed to you with a detailed description of the work to be performed and includes the terms of service agreement.

2 :: Client survey questions

To assist us in the design of your website, we ask that you consider a few of these items highlighted below to simplify the process.
1) Provide up to five websites that you like and point out the elements you like from each one.
2) Provide up to five websites that are your least favorite and point out the elements you like from each one.
3) Do you already have a company logo or other branded material that needs to go on the site?
3) What features do you want on your website? Is this a simple, straightfoward informative website? Or do you require a message boards, blog area, or a field to subscribe to newsletter options?
4) What keywords would you use to describe the subjects included in your website? These will be used for META tags to help search engines in classifying your website and improving your rank in the search engines.

3 :: Visual design and layout proposal

At your request, several months after the site launch we may provide a detailed rankings on the major search engines, as well as the number of hits per month to your site. We can also show you how to retrieve your website statistics on your own and can give you helpful tips to market your website to improve search engine rankings.

4 :: Visual design and layout revision

When a design of the website is agreed upon, we will give the client two opportunities to make revisions to either the layout or artwork design used in the site. Based on client feedback, we will make the necessary layout changes to the design and the artwork. At this stage the changes will be finalized and made web ready.

5 :: Website building and testing

We will build the website and place it either in the Jaxadora.com website, or under your own domain name if your web hosting services are activated at that time, for viewing. During this phase you will have the chance to test all the features of you site for proper functionality of the navigation.

6 :: Website launch

Once the web hosting services are activated. Your site will be moved to the permanent web host under your domain name and you will be able to access all links through your own website's navigation structure. Meta tags with keywords and page descriptions, page titles, and live copy will be incorporated into your site design to allow cataloging by search engines.

7 :: Troubleshooting

Once the website is live, any changes required to page formatting or copy will be made for a period of one month.

8 :: Search engine submission and marketing

After the launch and troubleshooting we will submit your website to several search engines that do not charge for listings. To improve search engine rankings you can forward your website to be added to your friends and client's webpage links. Additionally, the client may seek advertising techniques such as Google's or Yahoo's AdWords paid sponsorships. Jaxadora Design can assist you with this marketing process.

9 :: Updates and site maintenance

Jaxadora Design will provide monthly text only updates to websites free of charge for the duration as specified in your web package agreements. If you do not want to use our maintenance services, we can burn a copy of your website and mail it to you so you can use with your current web software. We'll walk you through the initial load into your software and assist you in loading it onto your FTP. If the client requires ongoing site updates, these are billed at a rate as show in the price list or your agreement.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

Website maintenance services is part of your website design packages. This includes text updates on a monthly basis free of charge after the initial launch of your site, duration depending on terms of each package agreement. For existing websites, we offer web facelifts or website updates at a competitive hourly rate of $50 per hour. We also offer a monthly maintenance plan that is available to all our clients.
